個人資料收集聲明｜Risesum 數進會計

當你向 Risesum（數進會計）提供資料以登記成為客戶或使用我哋嘅服務時,我哋會收集及處理你嘅個人資料。本聲明按《個人資料（私隱）條例》（香港法例第 486 章）向你說明我哋點樣收集、使用同保障呢啲資料。When you provide information to Risesum to register as a client or use our services, we collect and process your personal data. This statement explains, in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the laws of Hong Kong), how we collect, use and safeguard that data.

1 我哋收集嘅資料What we collect

為登記及提供服務,我哋可能收集:To register you and provide services, we may collect:

公司資料:公司名稱、商業登記號碼(BR)及相關證明文件。Company details: company name, Business Registration (BR) number and related documents.
東主／董事之身份證明文件(身份證或護照)。Identity documents of owner(s) / director(s) (HKID or passport).
住址證明。Proof of address.
聯絡資料:姓名、電郵、電話。Contact details: name, email, phone.
你為使用服務而交予我哋嘅帳目及交易文件。The accounting and transaction documents you provide to use our services.

關於身份證：我哋收集身份證／護照,只為核實你（或東主／董事）之身分,以及履行法律、監管及會計專業上之核證與備存責任。有關文件會以保密方式安全保存,不會用於上述目的以外之用途。On identity documents: we collect HKID / passport solely to verify your identity (or that of the owner(s)/director(s)) and to meet our legal, regulatory and professional verification and record-keeping obligations. Such documents are kept securely and confidentially, and are not used for any purpose beyond those stated above.

2 收集目的Purposes

開立及管理你嘅客戶檔案、核實身分。Opening and managing your client file, and verifying identity.
提供記賬、報稅資料整理、帳目重整及相關會計服務。Providing bookkeeping, tax data preparation, books rebuild and related accounting services.
安排持牌核數師進行審計並與其對接（如適用）。Arranging and liaising with a licensed auditor for an audit, where applicable.
與你聯絡、跟進服務及發出通知。Contacting you, following up on services and sending notices.
符合適用法律、監管及會計專業要求（包括如適用之打擊洗錢規定）。Meeting applicable legal, regulatory and professional requirements (including anti-money-laundering requirements where applicable).

3 資料可能轉交嘅對象To whom data may be transferred

我哋只會喺上述目的所需嘅範圍內,把你嘅資料轉交:We disclose your data only as necessary for the above purposes, to:

由我哋安排、協助提供服務嘅持牌核數師或專業人士。Licensed auditors or professionals we arrange to help provide the services.
協助我哋營運嘅服務供應商（例如雲端記賬系統、資料儲存）。Service providers that support our operations (e.g. cloud bookkeeping systems, data storage).
按法律或監管要求須披露嘅政府部門或機構（例如稅務局）。Government departments or authorities where disclosure is required by law or regulation (e.g. the Inland Revenue Department).

如上述服務供應商之伺服器或儲存設施位於香港以外地區,我哋會透過合約安排,要求其對你嘅個人資料提供不低於《個人資料（私隱）條例》所要求之保障。Where the above service providers' servers or storage are located outside Hong Kong, we require by contract that they protect your personal data to a standard no lower than that required under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

4 提供資料屬自願Provision is voluntary

你提供資料屬自願;但若你未能提供所需資料,我哋可能無法為你開戶或提供有關服務。Providing your data is voluntary; however, if you do not provide the data required, we may be unable to onboard you or provide the relevant services.

5 保留期限Retention

我哋只會喺達到收集目的所需嘅期間內保留你嘅個人資料,並按適用法律及監管要求所訂之期限保留,包括:會計及稅務紀錄一般保留不少於 7 年;如涉及打擊洗錢／客戶盡職審查規定,有關紀錄於客戶關係結束後最少保留 5 年。期限屆滿後,我哋會安全銷毀或永久匿名化有關資料。We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, and for the periods required by applicable law and regulation, including: accounting and tax records generally kept for not less than 7 years; and, where anti-money-laundering / customer due diligence requirements apply, related records kept for at least 5 years after the end of the client relationship. After the applicable period, we securely destroy or permanently anonymise the data.

6 查閱及更正Access and correction

根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》,你有權查閱及更正我哋持有關於你嘅個人資料。如需提出要求,或有任何私隱查詢,請聯絡我哋。Under the Ordinance, you have the right to access and correct the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, or for any privacy enquiry, please contact us.
