1. 服務範圍Scope
本公司提供：會計入帳、簿記、爛帳／舊賬重整、電商平台對賬、報稅資料整理、審計備料對接，以及每月管理報表。不包括審計簽署、公司秘書、成立／結束公司、稅務代表或稅務爭議申辯；審計由持牌核數師進行，本公司可安排或轉介。Bookkeeping, backlog rebuild, e-commerce reconciliation, tax-data prep, audit-pack liaison and monthly management reports. Excludes audit sign-off, company secretary, incorporation/deregistration, tax representation or tax-dispute advocacy; audit is by a licensed auditor we can arrange or refer.
2. 收費（明碼實價）Fees (transparent)
月費以你揀嘅計劃為準，適用範圍及超出計算方式如上明碼列明。收費按你申報之情況計；本公司核對商業登記證及首月文件後，如實際情況明顯不同，會喺開始服務之前先同你書面確認調整價，絕不事後突襲。年結、報稅備料、回覆稅局查詢信等按價目表另計並事先報價。The monthly fee is the plan you selected, with scope and over-cap rules shown transparently above. Fees follow your declared situation; if verification shows a material difference we confirm any adjustment in writing before service starts — never after the fact. Year-end, tax-pack and IRD-letter work are quoted separately beforehand.
3. 客戶責任Your responsibilities
客戶須及時提供完整、準確之單據及銀行／平台資料，並就交付之報表及入賬自行核對。因資料不全、延誤或未及時指正所致之後果，本公司不承擔責任。Provide complete, accurate documents on time and review the reports and postings yourself. We're not liable for consequences of incomplete, late or uncorrected information.
4. 資料處理與跨境轉移（同意）Data processing & cross-border (consent)
為提供服務，本公司會使用具信譽之第三方雲端服務（會計系統、單據收集、通訊、線上收款、CRM），部分伺服器或位於香港境外。你明示同意本公司為履行服務而處理及（如需要）跨境轉移你嘅資料。你為資料使用者，本公司為處理者；我哋採取存取分級、雙重驗證、加密傳輸等保安措施，遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》，並按法定最低年期（一般 7 年）保存交易紀錄，終止後按你指示交還及刪除。你可隨時查閱或更正個人資料。We use reputable third-party cloud services, some hosted outside Hong Kong; you expressly consent to processing and, where needed, cross-border transfer for the service. You are the data user, we the processor; we apply access controls, 2FA and encryption, comply with the PDPO, keep records for the statutory minimum (generally 7 years) and return/delete on termination as you direct.
5. 收款安排Collections
凡本公司協助設定之收款，款項一律直接存入客戶自己名下戶口；本公司不持有、不代管、不經手客戶資金，只負責入賬對賬。Any collections we help set up go straight into your own account; we never hold or handle your funds — only record and reconcile.
6. 報表性質Nature of reports
每月管理帳未經審計，僅供管理用途，不構成正式財務報表。正式財報於年結／審計時另行提供。Monthly management accounts are unaudited, for management use only; formal statements come at year-end/audit.
7. 保密 · 責任限制 · 適用法律Confidentiality · liability · governing law
雙方互相保密（法律要求披露除外）。在法律允許範圍內，本公司總責任上限為申索前 12 個月你已付之服務費總額，並以本公司專業彌償險受保額為上限；不就間接或後果性損失負責（欺詐、故意失當、人身傷亡除外）。本協議受香港法律管轄，爭議先經 HKIAC 調解。（最終定稿條款以雙方簽署之正式服務協議為準。）Mutual confidentiality (save as required by law). To the extent permitted, total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before a claim and by our PII cover; no liability for indirect/consequential loss (except fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury). Governed by HK law, HKIAC mediation first. (Final terms follow the signed formal service agreement.)
